Booking Reservation

Once you are ready to book your move you will be directed to our online booking portal. You will be asked to submit all details for your upcoming moving including but not limited to the date, time, and location of your move; the number of trucks requested, additional services requested, etc.

When you submit the booking you will get an instant confirmation sent to your email. We will also follow up with you with a reminder of your upcoming move one day before your moving day.

The quote you receive in your confirmation is your written and confirmed quote with no hidden fees and or charges.

On the day of your move, our team will request to see this quote to confirm the details and to match the contract. The contract with all the details is always signed before the job starts.


Moving Day

Our team will arrive on the date and time you stated on your reservation wearing branded uniforms designed for secure moves. The trucks come fully equipped, clean and prepared with dollies, hand trucks and tools.

During the whole move, you will receive full customer service support via email, phone, text message or WhatsApp.


Packing & Preparation (optional service provided by the team)

We offer professional packing services to save you time and make the moving process efficient. The moving company will provide high-quality moving boxes and packing supplies.

They will label boxes and make a detailed inventory to help with unpacking.

Moving Process

First, our team will cover the floors and the stairs with rubber floor mats to ensure a comfortable and secure move.

Then, our team will disassemble all furniture, wrap it in moving blankets and label it accordingly to where it is supposed to go. We will professionally handle your piano moving in case you have one.

We will professionally pack kitchen items, clothes, toys, electronics and other miscellaneous items in full accordance with the latest moving industry standards.

If you have any fragile items, our team will take extra care. Some examples of fragile items include but are not limited to: sculptures and pictures, antiques and extra-value items.


Transportation & Delivery To Destination Address

Once we arrive at the delivery address, the team will unload boxes and furniture room by room, unwrap and reassemble the furniture and unpack boxes if necessary.

You will be asked to check the property and your belongings before the team leaves the job.

For the ease and convenience of your move we highly recommend booking an elevator in advance with the maximum possible hours at both locations. Morning time suits best for booking the elevator at pick up location, and afternoon for the delivery address.
Prepare an essential bag with property paperwork, keys, wallet, car keys and personal belongings.

Pack kitchen, clothes, miscellaneous and fragile items in boxes and bins and label them accordingly. Avoid using garbage or shopping bags for packing.

Label room doors in both locations so movers can label the furniture and unload directly to the room.
There are a couple of different options for packing supplies. You can choose between cardboard moving boxes and plastic moving bins pre-set in convenient moving packages. Each package includes: packing paper, bubble wrap, mattress bags, tape, labels and markers.

We offer a simple way to order the supplies online with free delivery within the GTA area.
The property floor and staircase will be covered with the rubber floor mats. Railings will be covered with moving blankets.

A team will disassemble all the furniture and wrap it in moving blankets and plastic shrink wrap.

All the furniture will be stuck properly in the truck for safe transportation to the new location. Clothes on hangers will be packed to wardrobe boxes and mattresses to mattress bags.

All fragile items such as TVs, electronics, mirrors, pictures will be packed with extra care with blankets and special boxes.

Pianos will be properly packed and professionally moved on a piano dolly.
